Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 19, 2026

This policy explains what data the Penalty PvP game (the Android app and its game server, “the game”), developed by Imperius Inc (imperius.fun, “we”), collects, why, who it is shared with, and how you can delete it. Questions: support@imperius.fun.

1. Data we collect

Account

Google Play Games sign-in: your Play Games player ID and display name. We receive them from Google when you sign in; the display name may become your starting nickname.
Playing without sign-in: a random device key created by the app (we store only its hash), an app-generated device identifier and the label “Android app”.

Gameplay

Nickname, chosen character and cosmetics, level, attributes, rating, trophies, achievements.
Matches and tournament results, including the kicks of each match (used for replays).
In-game currencies (coins, gems, tickets) and items, rewards and quests.
Friends list and friend requests.

Technical and security data

IP address, app version and user agent, sign-in and session times — to keep your account secure, limit abuse (for example, mass account creation) and fix problems.

Purchases

Payments are processed by Google Play. We never see your card or bank details. We receive and store the purchase token, order ID, product and purchase status to deliver the items and to handle refunds.

Advertising

The game shows ads through Google AdMob (rewarded ads you choose to watch and occasional full-screen ads after some matches). AdMob may collect your device’s advertising ID, device information, approximate location based on IP address and ad interaction data, as described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland the app asks for your consent through Google’s consent form before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time: Profile → Settings → Privacy settings.
For rewarded ads, Google confirms to our server that you finished the ad so the reward can be credited.

Support

If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

We do not use third-party analytics or crash-reporting services in the app.

2. Why we use it

To run the game: accounts, matchmaking, matches, tournaments, leaderboards, friends, rewards and purchases (performance of our agreement with you).
To keep the game fair and secure and to prevent fraud and abuse (our legitimate interests).
To show ads that fund the free game; personalized ads only with your consent where required by law.
To answer your requests and meet legal obligations.

3. Who sees or receives your data

Other players see your nickname, character and cosmetics, level, rating, trophies and match results, and can watch your live matches and replays.
Google — Google Play Games (sign-in), Google Play Billing (purchases) and Google AdMob (ads), under Google’s own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Infrastructure providers that host and deliver the game: our server hosting provider and Cloudflare (network protection and content delivery). They process data only on our behalf.
Authorities, when we are legally required to disclose data.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. How long we keep it

Account and gameplay data — while your account exists.
Replays of regular matches — 30 days; tournament matches stay in the tournament history.
Session records with IP address and user agent — deleted within 30 days after the session ends.
When you delete your account, your profile is anonymized immediately (see below). Match results stay in your opponents’ history without your name. Purchase records are kept in anonymized form for accounting and refund handling.

5. Deleting your account

In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account, then type your nickname to confirm. You can also ask by email — see Delete your Penalty PvP account.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent. Write to support@imperius.fun; we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Children

The game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has an account, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

Data is transferred over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Access to servers and the database is restricted. Device keys are stored only as hashes.

9. Changes

We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date. Significant changes will also be announced in the game.

1. Какие данные мы собираем

Аккаунт

Вход через Google Play Игры: ваш id игрока Play Игр и игровое имя. Их передаёт Google при входе; имя может стать вашим начальным ником.
Игра без входа: случайный ключ устройства, созданный приложением (мы храним только его хеш), идентификатор устройства, созданный приложением, и подпись «Android app».

Игра

Ник, выбранный персонаж и внешний вид, уровень, характеристики, рейтинг, трофеи, достижения.
Матчи и результаты турниров, включая удары каждого матча (для повторов).
Игровые валюты (монеты, гемы, билеты) и предметы, награды и задания.
Список друзей и заявки в друзья.

Технические данные и безопасность

IP-адрес, версия приложения и user agent, время входов и сессий — чтобы защищать аккаунт, ограничивать злоупотребления (например, массовое создание аккаунтов) и исправлять ошибки.

Покупки

Платежи проводит Google Play. Данных карты или счёта мы не видим. Мы получаем и храним токен покупки, номер заказа, товар и статус покупки — чтобы выдать товар и обработать возврат.

В игре есть реклама Google AdMob: реклама с вознаграждением, которую вы смотрите по желанию, и иногда полноэкранная реклама после матча. AdMob может собирать рекламный идентификатор устройства, сведения об устройстве, примерное местоположение по IP-адресу и данные о взаимодействии с рекламой — см. Как Google использует информацию с сайтов и из приложений партнёров.
В ЕЭЗ, Великобритании и Швейцарии приложение запрашивает согласие через форму Google, прежде чем показывать персонализированную рекламу. Изменить выбор можно в любой момент: Профиль → Настройки → Настройки конфиденциальности.
Для рекламы с вознаграждением Google подтверждает нашему серверу, что вы досмотрели ролик, — так начисляется награда.

Поддержка

Если вы пишете нам, мы получаем ваш адрес почты и текст письма.

Сторонних сервисов аналитики и сбора сбоев в приложении нет.

2. Зачем мы их используем

Чтобы игра работала: аккаунты, подбор соперников, матчи, турниры, рейтинги, друзья, награды и покупки (исполнение соглашения с вами).
Чтобы игра была честной и безопасной, для защиты от мошенничества и злоупотреблений (наш законный интерес).
Чтобы показывать рекламу, на которую живёт бесплатная игра; персонализированную — только с вашего согласия, где этого требует закон.
Чтобы отвечать на ваши обращения и выполнять требования закона.

3. Кто видит или получает данные

Другие игроки видят ваш ник, персонажа и внешний вид, уровень, рейтинг, трофеи и результаты матчей и могут смотреть ваши идущие матчи и повторы.
Google — Google Play Игры (вход), Google Play Billing (покупки) и Google AdMob (реклама), по собственной политике Google: policies.google.com/privacy.
Инфраструктурные поставщики, на которых работает игра: хостинг игрового сервера и Cloudflare (защита сети и доставка содержимого). Они обрабатывают данные только по нашему поручению.
Государственные органы — когда раскрытие требует закон.

Мы не продаём ваши персональные данные.

4. Сколько мы их храним

Данные аккаунта и игры — пока существует аккаунт.
Повторы обычных матчей — 30 дней; турнирные матчи остаются в истории турнира.
Записи сессий с IP-адресом и user agent — удаляются в течение 30 дней после окончания сессии.
После удаления аккаунта профиль сразу обезличивается (см. ниже). Результаты матчей остаются в истории соперников без вашего имени. Записи о покупках хранятся в обезличенном виде для учёта и обработки возвратов.

5. Удаление аккаунта

В приложении: Профиль → Настройки → Удалить аккаунт, затем введите свой ник для подтверждения. Можно и по почте — см. Удаление аккаунта Penalty PvP.

6. Ваши права

В зависимости от страны вы можете запросить доступ к данным, их исправление, выгрузку или удаление, возразить против обработки или ограничить её и отозвать согласие. Пишите на support@imperius.fun, ответим в течение 30 дней. Вы также можете обратиться в местный орган по защите данных.

7. Дети

Игра не предназначена для детей младше 13 лет, и мы сознательно не собираем их данные. Если вы считаете, что у ребёнка есть аккаунт, напишите нам — мы его удалим.

8. Безопасность

Данные передаются по зашифрованным соединениям (HTTPS/TLS). Доступ к серверам и базе данных ограничен. Ключи устройств хранятся только в виде хешей.

9. Изменения

Изменения публикуются на этой странице с новой датой вступления в силу. О существенных изменениях мы сообщим и в игре.
